Reservation Policies

1. Reservations with arrival at the hotel prior to 0700 are held from the previous evening and are billed for from the previous evening itself.

2. In the absence of flight arrival details, reservations will be deemed as guarantee up to 1800 hours only. However, a credit and guarantee or billing letter will ensure that your reservation is held on a definite basis, up to your actual time of check-in, on the day of reservation.

3. Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival, without any retention charge being applicable.

4. A One nights retention charge is leviable on all No Shows who do not check in on the day of reservation.

5. Our Check in/Check out is 24 hours. Late Check out is permitted by 1 hours, however the same is aviable only on request subject to avilability.

6. Payment shall be direct by either Cash or Credit card or Travelers Cheques. In case credit is to be extended, please do note that all our bills are payable on presentation. Credit cards accepted :  Masters, Visa.
